I used a second camera for this one -- this is the attic catching on fire and traveling across from the other side of the house. Absolutely devastating.
Once the upper level and attic caught on fire, it traveled very quickly to the other side of the house.

I never heard a thing. Imagine wondering why you just heard "brrp brrp" (it was a fire engine siren) and going outside to find this. What a tragedy. The gentleman in the bare feet was an off-duty rescue worker, and he pulled hoses and worked as hard as those in the gear. He deserves a medal for all of his help!
