QotD: Model Behavior

Even though it wasn't for you, I think it's pretty cool that you got to try it.
wow - that does sound like a very creepy model job. the closest experience i have to yours was being pregnant. all of the sudden, my body was public property. people would touch my body without permission. or comment on it without worrying if what they were saying was socially acceptable.

don't blame you for not wanting to model every again.
Wow! That sounds completely creepy. Glad you are doing something that is more fun now.
We had a similar experience with our daughter. When she was five a modeling agency talked us into letting them use her for an advertising campaign for a giant, national department store. She was fine with the print side of things, but when it came to the runway stuff--only five, mind you--once out among the people, she frowned at everyone the whole time. When we asked her why she was frowning, she said, "They were laughing at me." Actually, they weren't...they just thought she was so stinkin' cute that it made them smile. But in her mind modeling put you at risk...a notion to which she has clung these many long years.

And for the record...we like you just the way you are. :-)
yyyyyyyyyyyyikes, sounds like the worst experience ever. at least you got out before you started dating a member of good charlotte and doing lines of coke in bathroom stalls.
Never, never have been asked, wanted to, or thought about modeling and walking through any bar being gawked at has always been enough of a "little rape" for me! That experience does sound so very, very creepy and so happy that you are happy doing other things as well as keeping your blog up!
